Job Description: St. Norbert College has a part-time opening for a Secretary/Receptionist for Health & Wellness Services and Counseling & Testing. Generally, this position will work two days per week during the academic year, with flexibility. Potentially, may work limited hours during the summer. This position is not benefit eligible., Responsibilities include: greeting patients/clients; answering, screening, and directing telephone calls to staff; scheduling appointments for students and staff; managing sign-in procedures and notifying professional staff upon arrival of appointments; working closely with medical and counseling staff to maximize patient flow; responding to requests for information regarding services available; inputting information from health forms into software program; maintaining the strictest confidentiality and adhering to all HIPAA guidelines/regulations; assisting with special programs; producing reports, letters, and other correspondence, as needed; and other duties as assigned., St. Norbert College, a thriving Catholic, liberal arts college rooted in the Norbertine tradition, welcomes applications from members of all faith traditions and backgrounds.
