Job Description: We are looking for a an experienced leader with an expertise in metal manufacturing. This leader will be responsible for the manufacturing operations, directly managing production associates, control time, attendance, performance, daily floor 5S and safety. They will also manage the human asset and workplace environment, ensure associates are trained to perform their jobs successfully, and implement and supervise continuous improvement projects.

Education Required: Associate’s degree in related field
