Job Description: Kelly Services is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist in the Fox Valley area. This position is a potential temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate!, Position Summary:, Assist general public, visitors and other interested parties by obtaining information and answering inquiries. Provide information regarding activities conducted at the establishment while providing high-level administrative support by handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as filing, quote proposal preparation, receiving visitors, booking meetings and basic accounting tasks., Key Responsibilities:, • Operate telephone switchboard to answer, screen, direct and forward calls to appropriate parties., • Greet persons entering company, determine nature of visit and follow proper verification guidelines., • Work with Project and Sales Managers to file and maintain new and changed sales order; also convert company proposals to be sent to customer for review., • Collect, sort, distribute and prepare mail, messages and courier deliveries., • Balance and print A/P checks, assemble A/P Voucher packets for filing and file., • Additional duties may be added as necessary.

Education Required: • High school diploma or equivalent. Administrative Professional certificate or degree preferred.
Experience Required: • Employee must be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment., • Employee must possess good written and oral communication, troubleshooting organizational and strong time management skills., • The ability to take a proactive approach, and take ownership for all activities. • Must be able to communicate professionally to contacts both internal and external., • Past job related experience is a plus. • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
