Job Description: PRIMARY FUNCTION: Assist the business development and risk management activities of the local line teams through analytical support. This includes performing market development research, credit analysis and credit underwriting support for new business prospects and existing customer relationships within the targeted business segment. Develop loan presentations and supporting documents in collaboration with Bankers and Banking Coordinators. Deliver superior service directly with customers and through coordinated service delivery with team members. Ensure adherence to the bank’s policies and procedures regarding proactive credit administration monitoring of coming due items and the expeditious clearing of past due exception items. Proactively participate in scheduled team meetings and in all activities to support the success and growth of the bank. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES: • Business Acumen: Primarily Analytical • Complexity: Moderate to High • Level of Independence: Limited Supervision • Banker Level Support: Moderate to High • Community Involvement: Limited • Special Project Involvement: As needed

Experience Required: COMPETENCIES Knowledge: 1. Sound understanding of analytical methods, models and standard tools 2. Appropriately applies analytical principles and concepts to customer financial information and credit portfolio data 3. Good understanding of customer business practices, concepts and procedures 4. Acquires additional business knowledge by being resourceful and seeks guidance from appropriate internal and external resources 5. Good understanding of bank products and services Skills: 1. Good analytical abilities specifically related to evaluating customer financial information and assessing the quality of the credit portfolio 2. Highly attentive to details with strong problem solving abilities 3. Good computer skills using Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and other standard database tools 4. Active listening, highly effective writing and strong verbal abilities 5. Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and projects and multi-task with limited supervision 6. Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills, including the ability to positively interact with senior team members, management and customers Attributes: 1. Self starter, continuous learner and proactively seeks challenges 2. High ethics and values displayed through uncompromising personal standards 3.
