Job Description: Under the general direction of the Deputy Director and Clinical Director, provides ongoing program development and regular clinical supervision and administrative direction to staff of the Behavioral Health Unit. Performs related duties as required.

Other Pay: Add $400/month or $4,800 annually to salary for Certification for Federal Medical Assistance Reimbursement.
Education Required: Master's Degree in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or related field. Five years of experience in direct services to the mentally ill; of that, at least 3,000 hours must have been supervised clinical experience providing direct clinical services to the mentally ill, and 1,500 hours working with adults with chronic mental illness in a community support program. Certification by the Wisconsin Board on Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
