Job Description: ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Oversee all aspects of running a successful women's basketball program; recruit student-athletes to meet the academic and athletics goals of the program; oversee conduct and performance of all women's basketball assistant coaches and support staff; oversight of the women's basketball budget; provide technical expertise and utilize sound coaching methods aimed at improving the athletic performance of student-athletes; plan and supervise in-season and out-of-season practice sessions, team and individual practices; generate and promote positive public relations and dynamic support for the Athletics Department; comply with all NCAA, Horizon League, UW System and UW-Green Bay rules and regulations., Please go to www.uwgb.edu… to view full job posting.
