Job Description: Responsibilities include the administration of complex functions including, but not limited to, written and oral communication with students, parents, faculty and staff; initiating purchase requests, financial accounting; record maintenance; basic student advising; Travel Expense Report completion; and arranging staff travel pursuant to UW-System and Office of International Education regulations. This is a Limited Term Employment position and as such does not provide for the attainment of permanent status and is governed by s.230.26, Wis Stats, Ch ER-10 MRS. This position does not offer benefits. This position will work approximately 20 hours per week. Employment will require a criminal background check. A pending criminal charge or conviction will not necessarily disqualify an applicant. In compliance with the Wisconsin Fair Employment Act, the University does not discriminate on the basis of arrest or conviction record.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, (particularly Excel, Access and Word) and principles of financial accounting. Ability to prioritize work and maintain confidentiality. Attention to detail and proofreading skills. Student service oriented.
