Job Description: Firstaff Staffing Services is currently looking for a Truck Dispatcher for a local medium trucking company in Green Bay. This is a first shift position. Duties include by not limited to:, •Assigning drivers and trucks, •Calculating and optimizing load weights appropriate to the type of truck, •Reviewing shipping reports for accuracy, •Maintaining work orders, service requests, inventory records, expense records, and other documents, and filing them appropriately, •Keeping information about master and alternative trucking routes up to date, •Helping customers, company personnel, and drivers resolve problems, •Arranging for safety inspections to be performed on trucks, •Coordinating repairs for trucks between shipping assignments

Base Pay: $13 to $16
Experience Required: Requirements:, Must have a high school diploma, previous dispatching experience with a transportation company, valid drivers license, own vehicle and be proficient using Microsoft Excel., The ideal candidate must have excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You must also have organizational, problem solving, critical thinking, team-work and self-management skills.
