Job Description: The stacker operator will operate the stacking portion of the laminator. The stacker will also coordinate and perform all supporting tasks to prepare necessary materials for each work order. The stacker will perform all Amtech/IT-System functions to label all pallets., -Read work orders to learn the following for each order:, -Skid Count on each stack, -Number “out” on the laminator, -Product Dimensions, -Skid size and type (types include 4-way entry/heat treated etc), -Number of kick-outs (number of skids required for each order), -Skid label requirements (2 load tags/4 load tags), -Next operation (WIP skid or Finished Good), -Print and apply all load tags:, WIP and Finished Goods, -Communicate all needed skids to tow/motor operator, -Prepare skid list for tow motors drivers
