We are looking for:, 1 plus years sales experience with PEO / HR Outsourcing & payroll sales with a proven track record of growing revenue., This Individual must be well established in the community and foster strong relationships with business owners. Must be a proactive sales professional who has perfected the art of relationship based sales of intangibles. A great communicator with excellent presentation skills., Essential Duties:, Prospect by way of cold calls, visits, and follow up with contacts at existing and potential clients to market and sell PEO products and services., Gathers data and presents proposals to clients; assist in the enrollment of employees and explains utilization of product through employee meetings., Assists in researching new products for the benefit of clients and/or potential clients.
