Job Description: We are looking for a part-time office assistant to help "behind the scenes"., Job duties include the following:, -File x-rays and patient files on a daily basis, -Prepare patient "travel cards", files and x-rays for the next day., -Check "travel cards" for who needs a progress exam or x-ray on a daily basis., -Create patients schedule of care using our software program, -Develop, label and put clip on new x-rays, -Prepare Report of Findings packets as needed, DeLorey Chiropractic Clinic is well established and growing! We were founded in 2001!, This is an important position and your work will make a difference here., Ideal candidate will be organized, detail oriented, conscientious and work at a fast and efficient pace!, Work with a successful team who will appreciate your hard work and efforts!, Schedule of work: Monday - Friday 3 hours per shift., Shift start time is as early as about 3:30 or 4 pm.
