Job Description: The primary function of this temporary two year position is to design electric distribution systems for Energis High Voltage Resources, Inc. • Promote Energis’ Extreme Safety Culture and be safety involved, • Provide construction and maintenance plans and designs for electric distribution systems, • Prepare costing for distribution system construction projects including material and labor costs, • Provide material requirements and recommendations for new construction and reconstruction distribution projects • Process work requests and prepare all applicable documentation for various distribution system projects, • Design plans for reconstruction distribution projects, • Develop plans for the removal of existing overhead electric distribution system equipment and the new construction of underground distribution systems, • Coordinate plans with other utilities and installation of joint facilities, • Monitor project progress, deliverables, quality assurance and customer service, • Report project status and identify and resolve problems to ensure goals are met, • Demonstrate professionalism and act as a steward of the company, promoting policies, procedures and the company’s direction, • Attend various training sessions provided by customers, vendors, and industry experts, • Ensure integrity and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information, • Share operating experiences and lessons learned with workgroups, • Responsible for daily miscellaneous requests and projects as they arise
