Job Description: Responsible for the month end closing and financial reporting process including account analysis and reconciliation., Implement and maintain a strong job costing system with strong support to the Operations Team., Supervise personnel and all activities around Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable., Manage weekly cash flow., Maintain, summarize and analyze general ledger accounts., Ability to document and articulate policies and procedures as well as implement them across the organization., Coordinate year end audits., Prepare inputs to payroll as well as payroll related taxes and reconciliations., Act as the liaison with vendors, banks and external accounting firms., Analyze and interpret financial data and recommend changes to improve systems and financial performance. Research and resolve tax issues., Provide forecasting and budgeting feedback to departments., Establish strong processes, systems and procedures to collect and report accurate job costing information., Provide direction to Accounting Department staff in Controller’s absence., Support Management team in various financial projects.

Education Required: Bachelors Degree in Accounting with 5 to 7 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience Required: Experience with strong job costing is required. Experience in a cost accounting role is highly desired. Excellent skills with Excel required and proficiency in all other Microsoft programs. Familiarity with Sarbanes-Oxley. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
