Job Description: The primary function of this position is to perform various distribution planning engineering duties for Energis High Voltage Resources, Inc., • Promote Energis’ Extreme Safety Culture and be safety involved, • Provide recommendations for short term and long term distribution system expansion plans, • Oversee technical planning functions and coordinate special studies, • Evaluate equipment performance and applications for integration into electric distribution systems, • Coordinate distribution system planning functions • Provide daily work direction for various different workgroups, • Provide safety input when planning, estimating and performing work, • Monitor project progress, deliverables, quality assurance and customer service, • Report project status and identify and resolve problems to ensure goals are met, • Demonstrate professionalism and act as a steward of the company, promoting policies, procedures and the company’s direction, • Attend various training sessions provided by customers, vendors, and industry experts, • Ensure integrity and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information, • Share operating experiences and lessons learned with workgroups, • Responsible for daily miscellaneous requests and projects as they arise
