Job Description: Assists in sales, customer service, and oversight at park concession operations. Operates safari train and zoo carrousel. Services zoo vending machines (soda, candy bar, animal feel, telescope and penny vendor)., Essential Duties: Assists in all aspects of general park concession operations. Operates and oversees safari train and zoo carrousel. Sells concession items in a friendly and courteous manner according to established guidelines. Answers inquiries and directs the public in a professional manner as needed. Cleans and maintains all assigned concession areas in an orderly and sanitary condition. Assists Operations Manager in inventory, stocking, ordering product, displays, preparation, and other related duties. Counts and deposits revenues according to established guidelines and procedures. In absence of Operations Manager, oversees the work of Concessionaire I employees, volunteers, and other concession personnel; ensures concessions are operated according to established guidelines and procedures; and all assigned facilities are maintained in good order. Performs related functions as assigned.
