MANDATE The Commercial Customer Service Representative (CCSR) for Commercial Banking actively and directly impacts the Bank’s strategy of maximizing the profitability of the client relationship through the sale and delivery of the bank’s various capabilities on an independent basis and by assisting the Relationship Manager. They also act as the primary liaison with a number of support areas as described in the cross-functional relationships section. The successful cross-sell and delivery of the Bank’s capabilities serves to “cement” the client commitment to the Bank. The CCSR is specifically responsible for: • Enhancing and servicing client relationships • Understanding the client’s business, industry and market • Developing professional knowledge and skills on an ongoing basis KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PROPORTION OF TIME The Key Accountabilities of the CCSR and the proportion of time spent on each accountability is summarized as follows: 1. Customer Service (Existing Business) 60% 2. Sales Support (New Business) 10% 3. Cross Selling 10% 4. Operational Risk Management 20%

Education Required: • College Degree or equivalent commercial real estate experience.
Experience Required: KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Knowledge: • Five to seven years of commercial servicing experience or related work experience • Knowledge of commercial loan process • Knowledge of BMO Harris products along with cash management products and problem resolution • Knowledge of commercial documentation and construction draw process. • Ability to analyze real estate title commitments. • Ability to analyze collateral on loan transactions. • Prior customer service experience and cross selling capabilities. Skills: • Excellent oral and communication skills • Ability to make sound transactional decisions in accordance with policies and directives. • Customer service skills and problem solving skills • Strong organizational skills • Cash management and account analysis skills • Ability to communicate effectively by adding value to Relationship Managers and Customers. • Proficient at Microsoft Office • Ability to make timely decisions in a fast paced environment. • Ability to multi task and prioritize. • Ability to take responsibility for personal performance and development BMO Harris Bank thanks all applicants.
