Job Description: Customer Care Specialists are the face and voice of our company. If you are fantastic on the phone, we want you! Our CSRs answer calls from shipping customers and their vendors; accurately question for item details; price the shipments; create shipping documents; make pro-active calls to customers to update on shipment status; receive customer complaints and following through to resolution and accurately document in tracking software, all interaction and resolutions.

Education Required: Bachelors Degree desired.
Experience Required: Exceptionally strong computer skills: Applicant must have excellent skills in MS Outlook, Word and Excel. We also work with 6 additional software applications & live on the Internet., Fast and accurate keyboarding skills (including 10-key) are required: At least 50 wpm, tested., Prior transportation experience (Schneider, UPS, etc.) is highly desired., A friendly phone persona is paramount., Applicant must possess superior written and verbal communication skills and excellent grammar & spelling abilities. Must be unafraid to ask questions when confronted with new challenges., Ability to multi-task and handle stressful situations cheerfully under substantial time pressure is required. Must be able to give truthful updates to customers during times of crises. Accountability is a big factor in this position., Employee interaction with other CSR team members is one of the joys of this job! Applicants must demonstrate cheerfulness and the ability to work and play well with others.
