Job Description: Our client is looking to add a team member in their purchasing department on a permanent basis! This person will be doing data entry, tracking purchase orders using excel spreadsheets, working with suppliers by phone and email, and communicating with customers on the status of their orders. Vender communication will be a core responsibility in this role, so customer service skills are necessary.

Base Pay: $12-$15 per hour based on experience
Experience Required: At least four years supporting purchasing, accounts payable/receivable and payroll functions in a manufacturing environment required. Good communication skills over the phone and through email., Experience working with customers and suppliers., Good MS Office skills including Outlook, Word and Excel., Great Plains knowledge a plus.
