Job Description: Greatland Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to support our technology products and software applications. The ideal candidate will have 1 - 2 years of relatable testing experience and working knowledge of the software development lifecycle. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, be able to prioritize projects and remain committed to meeting deadlines. The Quality Assurance Analyst will create and perform test plans for proper test scenario execution. In addition, this position is responsible for identifying and reporting defects in the tracking system and then monitoring for retesting, collecting metric information on defects and support issues and participating in project and product meetings. Qualifications:, • Associate's Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience., • Experience in testing in diverse software test environment., • Experience in creating, developing and executing software test plans., • Experience with manual and automated software test methodologies is ideal., • Working knowledge of some or all of the following; (MS, SQL), data communications, printer, file types (PCL, Metafiles, PDF), understanding of Internet and e-commerce., • Some working knowledge of Programming Software including: XML, SOAP, VB Script, JavaScript, Web Services, Use case, etc., • Exposure to, or experience with testing methodologies or practices is desired., We are proud to be Employee Owned!
