Job Description: Manitowoc Ice, a member of the Manitowoc Foodservice family of companies, global leaders in commercial foodservice equipment, is seeking a detailed oriented Financial Analyst. Key responsibilities of the position include supporting the sales controller in all facets of sales reporting including managing and maintaining the sales rebate and commission programs, promotion and pricing concession spend analysis, provide analysis as needed in program alternatives, identify pricing opportunities based off analysis by customer or product line, sales reporting and other projects as assigned. Reporting directly to the Director of Finance this position is based in Manitowoc, WI., ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS, • Manage and maintaining the sales rebate and commission programs, including accruals, planning and forecasting, program landscape, program administration, and program payments. , • Coordinate the yearly program contract renewal process including recommended language enhancements, timing, tracking, new tiers, etc. , • Perform quarterly audits of the programs versus the accruals. , • Manage and maintain the price concession database, provide analysis for VP marketing in order to approve concession requests and overall concession reporting. , • Maintain sales database and run reports for sales reporting and profitability reports necessary to analyze margins by product, customer or channel. , • Maintain a pricing landscape of all the agreed upon pricing from distributors to strategic accounts, pricing concessions and monitoring last pricing actions. , • Contribute to process improvements to enhance our sales reporting and program administration.

Education Required: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance with a minimum of 3 years experience in Business administration, Sales, Marketing and or Finance required., • Experience in an ERP System required (Oracle, SAP, Baan), • Experience from a manufacturing environment preferred., • Ability to understand Bill of Material structures and standard costing process and procedures is required. , • Strong MS Office experience- all applications. Access and Excel proficiency, including pivot tables and Power Point required. • Propensity for data analysis with strong attention to detail and accuracy. , • Will interface with Product Line Managers, Sales Order Management and Accounting personnel.
