Job Description: Job Summary, The Human Resource Generalist guides and manages all aspects of human resources including recruiting and staffing, performance management, employee relations, policy development and documentation, compensation and benefits administration, employee safety and health, training and development., Essential Job Functions, ▪ Manage day to day employee relations ▪ Maintain employee benefits program (enrolling new hires, terminating coverage, COBRA), ▪ Backup to bi-weekly payroll processing, ▪ Employee attendance tracking, ▪ Employee training schedule and tracking, ▪ Daily timesheet entry for all locations, ▪ Recruitment of employees ranging from Technicians to Project Managers, ▪ Policy updates and implementation, ▪ OSHA safety compliance, ▪ Employee uniform program maintenance, ▪ Coordination with external staffing services to meet staffing needs, ▪ Backup to answering phones and giving carpet cleaning estimates, ▪ Coordinate travel plans and make necessary arrangements for training seminars, Requirements, Skills/Qualifications, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and Excel, Knowledgeable of employment law relating to FMLA, Unemployment Insurance, Workers Compensation Insurance, Minimum Requirements
