Job Description: PDQ Manufacturing, Inc. has an immediate opportunity for a Business Development Manager located in Green Bay, WI. In this position, the candidate will be responsible for maximizing sales potential of PDQ’s complete line of wash activation systems. Specific responsibilities include the following:, • Identify and develop new market opportunities, and promote the sale of wash activation systems in the marketplace throughout the US, • Find new and maintain existing relationships with customers and distributors (both PDQ and competitor) • Analyze sales statistics to determine business growth potential, • Keep current on market and industry trends and leading customer strategies, • Monitor competitive activity and developments, • Investigate and support the resolution of distributor and customer complaints and issues • Encourage distributor attendance at equipment and sales training programs, • Attend state, regional, and national trade shows as needed, • Make recommendations on pricing and go to market strategies

Education Required: • A Bachelors degree in Business or related field is required
Experience Required: Success requires the following:, • A minimum of 5 years sales experience is required, preferably in a distributor management, terminal sales, or capital equipment sales environment., • Demonstrated experience communicating with customer IT departments. Proven analytical ability to troubleshoot and identify technical solutions to problems., • Thorough knowledge of network connectivity, data hosting, and data security., • Proficient understanding of ERP applications and/or other secondary supply chain systems, hardware and forecourt systems, Sales Force, and Microsoft Office (word, Excel, Access,Powerpoint & Outlook)., • Experienced at selling out of the box software solutions (i.e.wals, Cortex, Webcode), • Prior experience within the vehicle wash or retail petroleum industry is preferred, • Excellent organizational and time management skills are required, • Must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to represent PDQ in an effective and professional manner, • Must possess business administration skills, including experience with budgeting and expense control, • Experience with developing tactical and strategic business plans preferred, • Must be able to travel extensively
