Job Description: St. Norbert College has an opening for a full-time Lead Food Service Worker at Dale’s Sports Lounge, located in Michels Commons (formerly the Sensenbrenner Union). This position will execute the daily operation of Dale’s, including food preparation for appetizer style menu items, all opening and closing duties, directing the work of part-time staff, serving customers, food production, stocking, inventory and cleaning. This is an academic-year (9 months) position and the hours are 4:30pm - 12:30am Tuesday - Friday and 1:00pm – 9:00pm on Saturday.
