Job Description: Unishippers is seeking a seasoned professional who is looking for an exciting opportunity to build a Sales Call Center from the ground up. Primary responsibilities include hiring, developing, monitoring and empowering a brand new team, creating superior sales success! This individual must have the ability to inspire a feeling of high energy, excitement, satisfaction, and a sense of pride and belonging in the workplace. Note: This is a sales call center, not a customer service call center.

Base Pay: Salary is $36,000 – 48,000, dependent upon experience.
Other Pay: Manager to receive a percentage override on new sales after completing first year of employment.

Experience Required: The following components are integral to this position:, HR Hiring – Hiring of 5 full time sales people and 2 part time appointment setters at 4 hour per day. Call center hours to run from 6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. CT. Prior HR experience is required., Training – Orient and supervise appointment setters. Lead full time sales reps through the 2 week training program equipping reps with product knowledge and sales skills. Schedule weekly training meetings to provide ongoing training to full time reps., Sales – Assist sales reps in closing large accounts. Model outstanding consultative sales skills. Practice and train impeccable honesty and follow up with prospects., Motivation of Team – Create a positive workplace. Design and implement recognition and rewards to foster high-energy in the workplace., Sales Reporting – Develop and implement reporting system to track call input, prospects in the sales funnel and new clients. Implement weekly sales meetings for groups and individual reps. Must be fluent in Excel., Leads Management - Knowledge of lead sources, including the ability to load correct prospect information, download leads and input leads into our teleprospecting software. Scheduling – Assign part time workers to one of three 4-hour shifts. Create monitoring system to track time worked and absences. Chose and train a staffer to be second in command during Manager off hours., HR Firing – Maintain proper ROI in sales force by evaluating performance of all staffers on a monthly basis, terminating non-productive workers. Computer Literacy – Applicant must be able to touch type and have strong computer skills, including, but not limited to Windows Office suite.
