Job Description: Summary:, This position is primarily focused on outbound sales in a warm lead environment with an emphasis on solution selling. Strong computer skills and ability to multi-task while navigating through multiple programs/applications. Pre-call planning and forecasting abilities are important. Ability to focus and analyze the Account business needs; interpreting and presenting recommendations to the customer. Excellent verbal and written communication skills will be necessary., DIMENSION & SCOPE: The Full Account Management Rep 3 will establish and maintain a professional business relationship with one or more assigned accounts. Incumbent will provide full account management for one or more clients for specified account portfolios which will include provisioning; customer use and troubleshooting. Function as a sales representative and provide skilled telephone sales services on behalf of our client. This involves development and management of the account relationship as well as management of the account’s marketing funds. It requires an in-depth detailed knowledge of client products and services and the ability to communicate and discuss all aspects to exact sales from customers. Sales goals vary by channel of business and are set in conjunction with the client. Individual annual sales goals/expectations can be unit or dollar based depending on the business channel. As part of a team; each representative must contribute to team goals by achieving daily call quotas set up by the Team Leader/Manager while adhering to client deadlines. Incumbent may support multiple geographic regions for the client. Assist with training and mentoring of new Agents. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Work assigned and back-up account portfolio, including account structure, billing, etc. • Meet and/or exceed all contractual requirements as well as be in compliance with Convergys Care Center metrics • Maintain basic knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, procedures, and other important issues through management communications, meetings, client focus groups, and formal training. • Provide quality management checks • Provide one stop resolution for all issues • Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner using agreed upon procedures. • Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy. • Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem. • Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution. • Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed. • Prepare complete and accurate work and update customer file. ‘, • Communicate effectively with individuals/teams in the program to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests. • Effectively transfer misdirected customer requests to an appropriate party. • Contribute ideas on ways to resolve problems to better serve the customer and/or improve productivity. • Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance. • Place and/or receive customer inquiries that may require deviation from a script or sales flow process., • Provide answers and/or advice to customers based on their particular requirements and customer profile. • Update customer records. • Conduct needs-based selling by using non-scripted probing techniques to determine customer needs and to offer the most appropriate product or service to address their needs. EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS: High school diploma or equivalent experience, College degree preferred 0-3 years experience, in lieu of experience, business education preferred, Experience in either multiple customer service positions or in a single customer service center preferred, CANDIDATE PROFILE: • Account management skills including sales volume forecasting, planning, negotiation, innovation and problem solving skills to attain goal achievement • Understand and have the ability to meet quotas and deadlines. • Experience working under pressure in a high-volume processing environment and consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality • Solid problem solving and analytical skills • Strong oral and written communication skills • Good listening and responding skills • Demonstrated customer service skills in a fast-paced care center environment • Willingness to rotate shifts, as needed • Ability to learn • Courteous • Dependable with proficient attention to detail. • Knowledge of basic computer operations. • General knowledge of software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Outlook, ENVIRONMENT, PHYSICAL & OTHER REQUIREMENTS: Ability to perform light hand activity work at a computer/telephone station in an office environment. Position is primarily sedentary. May stretch or stand at workstation for short periods at employee's option, as long as such activity does not detract from the employee's work, or interfere with other employees.
