Job Description: Kelly Services has an immediate opening for an HR Generalist Recruiter in Neenah, WI. Description This position will work on the Human Resource team and will provide recruitment support to the business units with current job openings. Responsibilities include assisting with sourcing activities such as job fairs, placing advertisements and online postings, circulating flyers, and networking. Once candidates are sourced the role will involve online resume review, coordinating and conducting interviews, timely communication with applicants, accurate and timely entry into the applicant tracking system, extending offers, and assisting with onboarding activities. Typical hours will revolve around normal business hours M-F but may require nights and weekends on occasion. Candidates must be available to start immediately and commit to 40 hours per week for 2-4 months.
