We are seeking an individual to lead a fulfillment team for a major retail brand. This individual will assist in the control and direction of daily pick and pack, storage and inventory of product. This individual will be responsible to meet company standards in safety, security, space maximization, and productivity., A day in the life:, • Plan, schedule and execute daily tasks for pick/pack, storage and shipping of all goods, • Train and coach fellow teammates to achieve continuous improvement, • Monitor performance of fellow teammates to ensure service levels are met or exceeded, • Effectively communicate daily schedules, goals, quality issues/concerns with team to ensure customer expectations are met., • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area and comply with OSHA and MSDS standards.

Base Pay: $11.00 - $14.00 based on experience
Education Required: • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
Experience Required: • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse environment including inventory management activities, • Good work history and ability to learn quickly, • Basic decision making and problem solving skills, • Intermediate computer skills preferred, • Ability to stand and walk a minimum of 8 hours per day., • Ability to frequently lift and carry objects weighing 10 – 25 pounds., • Ability to occasionally lift and carry object 25 – 50 pounds.
