Job Description: Responsibilities: • Responsible to oversee safe plant operations and concrete operators, • Facility presentation and housekeeping of the plant. • Responsible for entire production facility, including but not limited to: Plant records –repair and replacement, preventive maintenance schedule, washout ponds, and location environmental issues. • Handle return product/fabrication, disposal, and forms along with product component material ordering, • Material inventory tracking and ordering. • Equipment responsibilities will include material recycling equipment and cold and hot weather production equipment. • Responsible for the direct supervision and education of concrete operators., Qualifications: • 2-3 Years’ experience in the concrete industry and product knowledge, • Must have good organizational and mechanical skills. • Proficient in MS Office, • Demonstrated leadership, management, and communication skills, • Must be able to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast paced work environment., • Must have a good driving record., • High School Diploma or equivalent, • Successfully pass a drug and alcohol screen, and background investigation
