Job Description: Expedites work flow processes in LTC pharmacy, troubleshoots problems and prioritizes refills and medication changes with regards to their urgency and necessity. Communicates with practitioners to refill and/or clarify medication orders. Sorts and distributes new prescriptions to appropriate personnel.
