Job Description: Packerland Brokerage Services, Inc., a nationally recognized Broker Dealer and Registered Investment Advisor headquartered in Green Bay, Wisconsin, is seeking a qualified candidate to manage the fund direct new business submission department. With nearly 300 Registered Representatives and Financial Advisors, Packerland’s mission is to promote the independence of its financial professionals by empowering them with the education, products, services, regulatory guidance, and higher payouts essential to the growth and prosperity of their independent practices. Promoting independence. Empowering independents., Duties include: • Management of the fund-direct (non-brokerage) New Business department, • Procedures enhancement and development, • Exception reporting and imaging system oversight, • Maintaining a proficient knowledge of the direct products available through Packerland, including mutual funds, variable annuities, REITs, third party money managers, and college plans, • Suitability review and Principal approval, • Maintaining knowledge of FINRA and SEC guidelines and working closely with the Compliance Department, • Oversight of 3-person staff assisting with investment suitability review, imaging, and distribution, • Customer service management, • Basic computer and keyboard skills along with familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

Base Pay: Based upon experience
Education Required: Life insurance license as well as Series 24, 7, 63, and 65/66 securities registrations are required: (Series 53 helpful but not immediately required)
