Job Description: Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:, Manage a Customer Portfolio including:, • Direct sales contact with customers including telephone, electronically or face to face, • Respond promptly to customer inquiries including preparing quotes and completing sales orders, • Creatively work with customer to develop appropriate products to fit their needs, • Develop prospecting and implement cold calling strategies to generate new business • Manage order process flow from inception through payment, • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the appropriate resource, • Ability to communicate and coordinate with internal departments, • Follow up on open portfolio issues as needed • Contact leads to attain new business, • Meet and exceed sales goals, • Travel as required • Other duties as assigned
