Job Description: This office management position includes administrative, accounting and marketing functions to ensure the business office runs smoothly. Administrative duties include human resources, policies and problem solving skills to keep the office running efficiently. Accounting responsibilities will include payroll, account payable and receivables and end of the month reconciliations. Marketing will also be a key function of this position including giving tours to prospective residents, updating website, facebook and creating other marketing materials., Brookview Meadows is a Senior Community committed to offering the highest level of quality care to our residents and their families. Applicant must be proficient in QuickBooks software and Microsoft programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Applicant must have strong written and verbal communication. Most importantly, we are looking for a professional with a positive, energetic personality.
