Job Description: We are looking for an individual with experience in mechanical detailing and drafting in a Fabrication environment. Most design responsibilities will include converting customers? drawings into designs for sheet metal mechanical parts and subassemblies. This position will also include supervising the Engineering department so leadership skills are a must. Direct hire opportunity with a very competitive salary.

Base Pay: $50K-$80K annually based on experience
Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
Experience Required: A minimum of five years of design experience in a Fabrication environment required. Proficient with AutoCAD 2D and Solidworks design software. Experience playing a hands on role in product development in a heavy manufacturing environment. At least three years of leadership experience preferred.
