Job Description: IMMEDIATE OPENING! Customer Care Specialists are the face and voice of our company. If you are fantastic on the phone, we want you! Our CSRs answer calls from shipping customers and their vendors; accurately question for item details; price the shipments; create shipping documents; make pro-active calls to customers to update on shipment status; receive customer complaints and following through to resolution and accurately document in tracking software, all interaction and resolutions.
