Job Description: This position is responsible for performing a variety of writing, marketing, promotions and production activities and assists in various city-wide communications needs and/or projects for Oshkosh Community Media Services (OCMS) division of the City of Oshkosh.

Education Required: Bachelors degree in Radio, TV, or related discipline.
Experience Required: minimum 3 yrs experience in writing, television reporting, communications, marketing or public relations activities, 2 yrs television news or on-channel experience, and WI drivers license.
