Job Description: ABR Employment Services in partnership with a local call center is currently recruiting an experienced French Bilingual Customer Care Representative. In this position you would be responsible for: •Responding to consumer inquiries on the telephone, •Ensure influential consumer satisfaction and serves as company ambassador by delivering quality product information, •Retains consumers by using goodwill to resolve issues, •Handles consumer issues that appear to arise from the use of the product, •Completes, maintains, and processes pertinent paperwork and records, •Assists in the final testing of new surveys, •Captures data accurately and inputs to CRS, •Notifies consumer and designated personnel of findings, adjustments and recommendations, •Recommends to management improvements in product, packaging, service, and procedures to prevent future issues, •Follows up on recommended adjustments to ensure consumer satisfaction, Other duties as assigned. Education Required: Qualified candidates must have High School degree or Equivalent. One year certificate technical or college certificate strongly preferred.

High degree of attention to detail, accuracy, and problem solving are required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment are also requirements for the position. Must be fluent in French.
