Job Description: ABR Employment Services in partnership with a Call Center in Neenah, WI is currently looking for a Recruiter. This is a temporary position lasting from 2 to 4 months. Description, This person will work on the Human Resource team and will provide recruitment support to the business units with current job openings. Responsibilities include:, •Assisting with sourcing activities such as job fairs •Placing advertisements and online postings •Circulating flyers •Networking, Once candidates are sourced the role will involve:, •Online resume review, •Coordinating and conducting interviews, •Timely communication with applicants •Accurate and timely entry into the applicant tracking system •Extending offers •Assisting with onboarding activities. Employee Type: Full-Time, Temporary 2-4 months, M-F with occasional nights and weekends.

Education Required: Bachelor´s Degree is preferred, High School diploma or equivalent degree (GED, HSED) required
Experience Required: Requirements •Minimum of 3 or more years of extensive recruiting experience required •Call Center agent or Customer Service Representative recruitment experience is a plus •Excellent written and oral communication skills •Highly professional and service oriented •Ability to fluctuate hours based on hiring needs •High attention to detail •Ability to work independently after receiving instructions and training on standard operating procedures
