Job Description: Independent Inc. is currently seeking a qualified individual to join us as a full-time Maintenance Assistant., This individual will be responsible for various maintenance functions, including miscellaneous machine repair, building repair and maintenance, grounds upkeep, and general cleaning tasks.

Experience Required: We are seeking a self-motivated, mechanically inclined individual with two years' previous machine and building upkeep experience. Previous experience operating lift trucks, lawn and snow removal equipment is preferred., The work schedule for this position is 7:00 am – 3:00 pm Monday through Friday. Additional hours may be required as workload demands. This is an hourly position and the beginning wage will be commensurate with experience.
