Job Description: The Bay Area Humane Society is seeking a skilled, compassionate F/T Certified Veterinary Technician. Must be comfortable working in a high volume spay/neuter clinic. The candidate must have excellent animal handling skills. The candidate must have excellent customer service skills and patience and must have a strong interest in animal welfare. We encourage a candidate who demonstrates outstanding inter-personal communication and the ability to work in a team environment or independently, with a high degree of integrity and accountability. This position welcomes a candidate with a sense of humor that can balance flexibility and enthusiasm and thrives on detail! Must be a Certified Veterinary Technician. This job requires a lot of physical activity. Must be able to lift 50lbs.
