Job Description: St. Norbert College has an opening for a Head Coach of the Cheer Team, responsible for coaching and administration of the cheer team and other duties as assigned by the Athletic Director. Specific responsibilities include: teaching the skills and techniques of cheerleading to the cheer team members; meeting administrative coaching responsibilities; recruiting cheer team members; preparing practice plans and coordinating game schedules for cheer dates; coordinating all required home game responsibilities with the Green Bay Packers and accompanying the team to all home events; acting as the liaison between the cheer program and the SNC administration, Office of Admissions and the Green Bay Packers. As games occur during the evenings and weekends, flexibility during these times is a must. The Head Coach is expected to represent the Mission of St. Norbert College when dealing with student-athletes and when representing SNC during competition or any public presentation.
