Job Description: Looking for an Electrical Engineer who can design, develop and problem solve. Candidate will be expected to provide direction to various team members as well as to those on the plant floor that are relative to the design, setup and operation of the converting equipment., Responsibilities:, -Provide electrical engineering support for Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) programs within the department, -Provide functional leadership and creativity in the initiation, design, development and optimization of tissue manufacturing and converting equipment and processes to meet unit objectives., -Carry out all job responsibilities in a safe manner. Develop equipment and processes that meet safety codes, policies and guidelines. Provide for the safety and well-being of operators, maintenance and other personnel., -Seek, recognize, define and solve problems/ opportunities to achieve unit objectives. Identify complex technical issues to determine root cause.
