Job Description: St. Norbert College currently has an opening for an Assistant Manager for Ruth’s Marketplace. This is a supervisory position and is responsible for directing full, part-time and student staff during meal plan service; assisting the Marketplace Manager in executing daily operations in a fiscally responsible manner, as well as performing other service duties in the dining room. This is a 10 month position and will work from approximately July 20th through May 20th each year. Hours for this position are typically Monday through Friday from 7:30am - 3:30pm or as scheduled for full-time weekend relief and every 8th weekend, variable hours. Summer hours will vary based on conference business.
