Job Description: Position Summary The Marketing Specialist - Web Strategy is responsible for supporting the creative development, and implementation of the company’s Member Experience Strategies online. Candidate will be responsible for assisting in the implementation of creative web strategies that effectively support member acquisition, retention and relationship deepening, aligned to specific marketing goals and objectives. The position is expected to apply strategic problem solving, project organization, implementation, and relationship building., Position Roles/Responsibilities/Accountabilities, Manage the Content Management process across numerous internal stakeholders, from initial conceptual approach to content management review and updates for small to medium size requests, in collaboration with the Web Marketing Strategist and Specialist roles. Participate in the launch of content management for Correspondence materials with the Document Development Analysts., Measure and Monitor comments collected from Customer Effort Score surveys, Net Promoter Score surveys and Ease of Doing Business suggestions and help Web, Statements and Correspondence team prioritize and implement ideas based on these insights. Web and Email Marketing Metrics: In partnership with ISG, share responsibility for the implementation, tracking/report metric for initiatives and lead generation activities in support of corporate and departmental goals and strategies. Track, analyze and report results and effectiveness of strategies. Monitor and evaluate the impact and return on investment of initiatives. Provide reporting metrics on Email Campaigns, eDelivery enrollment and other electronic communication measurements., Manage Legal/Compliance submissions for Web Strategy initiatives: Manage Legal/Compliance process and associated record-keeping for Web Strategy initiatives, Provide assistance with electronic communications, internet marketing and other digital capabilities, e.g. mobile, social, search, meta data as appropriate.
