Job Description: Job Description: Salesmen, The primary function of this position is selling commercial, residential, agricultural or industrial construction projects, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction while maximizing operational efficiencies and meeting corporate financial goals. This position involves generating leads, developing and maintaining relationships with existing and prospective clients, developing sales proposals and overseeing overall construction processes, while working closely with the Design, Project Management and Field Operation Departments., Salesperson’s primary target market is contracting Design-Build Projects., General Duties & Responsibilities:  generate and qualify leads,  source and develop client referrals,  schedule sales activities,  develop, maintain and grow a customer database,  make sales calls to new and existing clients,  negotiate with clients,  develop sales proposals,  develop and present sales contracts,  maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports,  respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person,  ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships,  follow up on sales activity,  perform quality checks on product and service delivery,  participate in sales events,  monitor competitors Specific Job Duties & Responsibilities:, • Generate Leads,  Cold calling, attending networking events, asking for referrals,  Preconstruction / Estimating,  Visualize, analyze, and communicate project scope of work, Coordinate cost/means and methods with owner and Alliance Staff  Prepare preliminary cost estimates/budgets/schedules,  Manage value engineering process,  Maintain/create subcontractor/vendor bid list,  Prepare quantity take-offs,  Solicit bid invitations,  Distribute and manage bid plans and documents,  Analyze general conditions,  Prepare project estimate/bid/schedule, • Legal, Prepare prime contract or owner contract, Negotiate prime contract or owner contract, Sign contract or owner contract on company's behalf, • Scheduling, Maintain and update schedules for duration of jobs, • Execution:,  Work closely with designer and project manager to ensure adequate communication,  Monitors market developments, including competitors' actions and potential customers,  Participate in industry trade shows, conferences and exhibitions, Apply planning and organizing techniques to effectively manage territory,  Adhere to authorization, travel and general company policies and procedures.,  Review current bid spec projects.
