Job Description: Work as part of a team to care for cognitively impaired or mentally ill persons (i.e. “clients”), while conforming to medical/clinical staff instructions and company procedures. Ensure client environment is safe and secure. Be aware of client physical and emotional well-being and report any issues. Encourage client around everyday housekeeping matters and meals. Help client develop relationships within the community.
