Experience Required: 2.Three to five years of commercial servicing experience or related work experience 3.Knowledge of small business commercial lending process 4.Knowledge of commercial due diligence 5.Knowledge of commercial insurance 6.Knowledge of commercial loan documentation 7.Knowledge of business entity documentation 8.Knowledge of business and personal financial documents 9.Knowledge of BMO Harris Bank N.A. products and problem resolution Skills: 1.Excellent oral and written communication skills. 2.Ability to make sound transactional decisions to ensure policies and directives are met. 3.Ability to make timely decisions in a fast paced, production environment. 4.Ability to communicate effectively by adding value to Portfolio Managers, Small Business Banking Officers, Branch Employees and Customers. 5.Ability to work independently and take ownership of personal performance and development. 6.Excellent problem solving skills 7.Strong organizational skills 8.Proficient at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) as well as internal systems, Alltel, Livelink, DCU, Siebel 9.Ability to multi task and prioritize.
