Job Description: Retail Sales Professional in the Equine Industry, This full time position will be responsible for making customers the focus of our tack store. This person will be our primary salesperson in the retail store, and coordinate the efforts of part time sales staff. This sales professional will manage customer requests and contacts within the shop including emails, phone calls and special orders. With training and experience we expect this person to become a valuable member of our saddle fitting team. The ideal candidate will have experience with desktop publishing and social media to keep our store connected with our customers. We expect this person to be the face of our company. You should be vibrant, friendly, excited to learn and willing to teach what you know about horse equipment. To be an effective member of this team you will need to have an extensive knowledge of riding and experience caring for horses
