Job Description: St. Norbert College currently has a part-time employment opportunity available for a Coffee Shop Worker in Ed’s Coffee Shop at the Mulva Library. Responsibilities include: waiting on customers, preparing food and beverages, rotating and arranging inventory, and operating the cash register. This is an academic year position (off during the summer and academic breaks). Hours are Wednesdays from 4:30pm – Midnight, Thursdays from 3:00pm - Midnight and every other Monday from 4:30pm - Midnight. Experience Required: The preferred candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in a food service or retail setting, and excellent customer service skills. Coffee house/barista experience is a plus. Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds, bend, kneel, reach, and twist. Must be able to stand 100% of the shift.
