Job Description: A Project Manager Assistant is part of the support team for the Project Management Department. A Project Manager Assistant works closely with Project Managers, Program Managers, Install Managers, and Compliancy Coordinators to help with getting a customer’s product purchased, ordered, designed, fabricated, shipped, and installed. The Assistant’s main duty is to be an available resource for others in the Project Management Department to expedite the work. This includes learning the specific requirements for each customer we have, and assisting the teams assigned to those customers with general office tasks such as copying & scanning documents, putting together packets for meetings, data entry, and other duties as needed. This position requires flexibility in order to address each customer’s unique needs. The Project Manager Assistant is a team-oriented position, and the ideal candidate will possess the ability to work in a team setting.

Experience Required: •Experience with Cyrious Control and Google Apps programs, •Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume professional office setting, •Excellent communications skills, •Comfortable interacting with customers, •Ability to multi-task, •Problem solving •Critical thinking skills, •Experience with basic computer programs such as Excel & Word, •Ability to work in a team environment
