Job Description: • Coordinate and execute an efficient production schedule., • Train and supervise employees, include a significant number of new hires, due to growth of company., • Develop and maintain a work culture that values Customer Service that EXCEEDS expectations • Continually analyze systems and procedures for process improvements leading to the highest level of quality, productivity and customer satisfaction., • Cost analysis, able to modify work schedules and adapt to needs of clients in a highly time sensitive environment. Manage production, output, and inventory control programs to achieve the financial goals and profitable operation., • Develop and recommend capital expenditures, operating budgets and ensure conformance to budgets., • Increase retention and optimize high performance teams within the work force., • Build cohesive teams and develop future leaders within the organization., • Develop and maintain internal and external customer relationships to support company core values., • Maintain professional conduct and appearance., • High visibility on the production floor.

Experience Required: • 5-7 years of progressive supervisory and management experience, • An ability to inspire others through coaching & team building, problem solve and the ability to lead by example., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • Strong initiative and drive while exhibiting a flexible demeanor in an ever changing environment., • Lean Manufacturing experience with Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, 5S, SMED, and Continuous Improvement., • Must be able to read, analyze and interpret business information, technical procedures , complex and unique customer specifications, and government regulations., • Able to work efficiently within the Microsoft Office suite of products., • An ability to maintain confidentiality and maintain a sense of humor. Comfortable in a collaborative teamwork environment., • Occasional evenings, weekends, and business travel may be required
